Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-At The Shrine in Belleville, IL is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to support multiple Benedictine facilities. This casual, travel-ready position requires serving residents with dignity, performing direct care, and reporting changes to nursing staff.

You will travel within a defined Benedictine region as needed. Responsibilities include direct resident care, charting, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely, respectful service.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
