Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a CNA-NAR (Float) to travel between facilities in the Minnesota Saint Paul area, providing direct resident care and ensuring dignity and choices for residents. This casual, evenings-shift role requires travel within Benedictine regions as needed.

You will document changes in the POC system and prioritize tasks while maintaining excellent communication with RN/LPN and residents. Join a faith-based, senior-care nonprofit with a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The CNA-NAR (Float) provides direct resident care and report condition changes to RN or LPN while also charting in POC system.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
• The CNA-NAR (Float) is required to travel and provide care within a designated Benedictine region as required/needed.
