Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 10+ years engineering experience.
• Experience leading engineering teams on missile/defense programs.
• Strong budget management and scheduling capabilities.
• Active SECRET clearance required or transferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to design and execute the FV/Missile program.
• Establish and baseline IMS, and oversee EVMS-based cost/schedule control.
• Develop and maintain Navy program office relationships as primary contact.
• Mentor team leads and drive accountability across the IPT.
• Coordinate with Office of the Chief Engineer on priorities.
