Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a Flight Vehicle Integrated Product Team Lead to direct the design and integration of the SLCM-N missile subsystems onsite. This senior role carries full cost, schedule, and technical leadership responsibilities for a large, multidisciplinary team.

You will establish and basel ine the FV IM S, lead contract startup with CAMs, apply EVMS, and maintain Navy relationships while mentoring team leads to drive leadership development and delivery

Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 10 years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading an engineering team in missile systems design, development, or testing.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
• Ability to achieve Raytheon PM Certification Level 4 within 1 year of hire.
• Active and transferable SECRET security clearance required; U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional team designing the US military’s preeminent next generation cruise missile.
• Baseline the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for FV work scope and Phase 2A tasks.
• Lead contract startup with delegated sub-IPTLs and CAMs for effective execution oversight.
• Apply Earned Value Management System (EVMS) to track scope, cost, and schedule.
• Maintain Navy program office relationships as primary customer contact for FV scope.
• Be a key member of the SLCM-N senior program leadership team and influence strategic direction.
• Participate on future phase contract proposals as FV lead for scope.
• Engage with the Office of the Chief Engineer to align priorities.
• Provide mentorship and career growth guidance within the team and ensure accountability.
