Job summary

Northrop Grumman Corp. is seeking a senior engineering leader to guide cross-functional Vehicle Engineering Teams through proposals, planning, and milestone execution. The role involves AV activities, SOW/BOE/ROM preparation, and participation in SE technical reviews.

Expect leadership of supplier relationships and mentoring of a diverse engineering group. The position requires a STEM degree with substantial experience, active secret clearance, and the ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret and SAP clearances
Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years of related experience, or Master’s with 6+ years, or PhD with 4+ years
Experience in proposal development, including labor hour estimating and bid coordination
Experience developing technical documents and SOWs/BOEs/ROMs

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Vehicle Engineering Teams in program proposals and milestone execution
Manage AV activities, create SOWs/PSOWs/BOEs and related documents
Support SETRs (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR) with materials and presentations
Oversee supplier relationship management to align with program goals
Mentor engineering teams and generate technical documentation using MS Office
Assist in proposal development including labor estimating and risk mitigation
