Job summary

Vector CSP, LLC is seeking a Unit Scheduling Support professional to coordinate training schedules at Langley AFB in Virginia. The role requires scheduling contract, active duty, and reserve instructors, disseminating weekly schedules, and ensuring de-confliction across classrooms, devices, and flights.

Applicants should have an Active Secret Clearance, a High School diploma, and at least 3 years of Squadron-level current operations/scheduling experience; FTU experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract, active duty, and reserve instructors for training programs.

• Assist forecasting and coordination with internal and external agencies to support flight training.
