Qualifications

• Active DOE Q clearance or equivalent.
• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred.
• Experience collaborating with SNL test facilities and organizations across disciplines.
• Proficiency in requirements management and verification.

Responsibilities

• Design and innovate: create test equipment, subcomponents, cables, and hardware for Flight Test Vehicles and lead assembly procedures.
• Integrate systems: develop and verify requirements for mission objectives and missile compliance across domains.
• Provide technical direction: guide technicians in assembly, calibration, and operation of test equipment and instrumentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve: identify root causes of anomalies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop automated solutions: design automated test fixtures and data processing for flight test data.
• Collaborate across teams: work with SNL labs, design partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to keep plans on schedule.
• Test and evaluate: analyze data and provide insights to inform design decisions; support pre-flight activities and risk mitigation.
• Travel up to 25% domestically; work onsite 100% of the time.
