Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems seeks a Flight Test Air Vehicle Manager at Edwards AFB, CA. Lead a 60-person team to ensure maintenance, modifications, configurations, inspections, and tests align with program goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a STEM field; 12 years of related experience, or
• Master’s degree; 10 years related experience, or
• Ph.D.; 8 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead a 60-person team of engineers, managers and technicians to support a large aircraft test program.
• Develop detailed execution plans with government and contractor leaders and drive an integrated problem‑solving approach.
• Maintain resource forecasts and achieve cost and schedule performance for the assigned aircraft.
