MMA is seeking a Program Manager to oversee complex aerospace projects from proposal through hardware delivery. You will define resources, provide leadership to program teams, and ensure customer expectations are met within contract requirements.

Responsibilities include leading teams, interfacing with customers, and maintaining schedule, budget, and deliverables while escalating issues when needed. Strong collaboration in a fast-paced aerospace environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Five years’ experience as a Program Manager in aerospace.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required; Mechanical or Aerospace preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred; MBA or Systems Engineering is a bonus.
• Experience with aerospace deployable/mechanical systems is a plus.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint; capable of customer presentations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute engineering programs from concept through hardware delivery.
• Serve as primary interface with customers.
• Lead program teams and coordinate with functional representatives.
• Ensure program requirements, objectives and deliverables meet contract expectations.
• Track schedule, budget and perform phase reviews; report status regularly.
• Develop recovery plans for off-schedule events and coordinate with suppliers.
