Insitu, a Boeing subsidiary, seeks a Flight Test Operator to support integration and testing of new engineering road mapped hardware and software at Insitu. Based in Bingen, WA, you will operate and maintain aircraft and related equipment, perform flight operations, ensure safety, and mentor team members while collaborating across engineering and production to enable mission success.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Aviation or Military Aviation experience
• 2-3 years practical knowledge with Insitu unmanned systems
• Insitu UAS Operator and Maintainer qualification

Responsabilités

• Operate and maintain aircraft and equipment to support engineering, production, demonstrations, and training in Flight Operations
• Maintain aircraft systems to keep them mission ready and compliant with safety standards
• Conduct flight operations and evolutions across multiple airspaces weekly
• Obtain required medical clearance for government programs participation
• Acquire multiple system qualifications as operational needs demand
• Troubleshoot and maintain system architecture for mission execution
• Mentor new students and previously qualified personnel to sustain team proficiency
• Collaborate with team members to support enterprise-wide objectives
