Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a seasoned People Leader for its Test and Evaluation teams in Reston, VA, to guide engineers across ground and flight systems, ensuring end-to-end test processes are executed with rigor.

You will mentor senior engineers, coordinate with program managers, and align resources with program needs while maintaining safety and risk management through their programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field from an accredited institution.
• 8+ years hands-on test engineering experience with 2+ years of proven leadership (IPT lead, team lead, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 25% routinely.
• Top Secret US Security clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
• Experience with DoD, Government Cyber Commands/Agencies, and/or Intel Community.

Responsibilities

• Own all results of your team, including both successes and failures.
• Manage test engineers to complete end-to-end test processes for diverse program types.
• Lead by example while continuing to support at least one program with test engineering expertise.
• Coordinate with other Test and Evaluation teams, engineers, and pilots to meet testing demands.
• Maintain awareness of current and future program status to deconflict resources.
