Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the J-Tech II contract.

The role focuses on coordinating test program objectives, building and adjusting flying schedules, and ensuring safe, efficient airspace management across operations centers and sites. The incumbent will work under limited supervision, may travel, and should possess strong communication skills, a valid driver's license, and potential

Qualifications

• Must have training from a military school or equivalent on-the-job training specific to functions of the work unit.
• Five years of experience in the local work unit operations and seven years in air operations, airspace management, or related activities.
• Must be able to work duty days in excess of eight hours, shift work, overnight stays, and weekend work to meet required schedule demands.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate test program objectives and data requirements with project officer/test director and applicable systems.
• Assist in development, prioritization, and implementation of the weekly, monthly, and 90-day program flying schedules.
• Assist in de-conflicting flight-test assets to meet objectives for day, night, and current flight-test operations.
• Schedule airspace for personnel travel and staff transporting material for test operations.
• Monitor airspace from inception to completion of flight activity and align scheduled activity by priority and time constraints.
• Input air operations data into a single source document.
• Extract airspace trend analysis data to monitor/improve operational efficiency.
