Job summary

JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under J-Tech II. The Project Lead III role supports NTTR/DO operations, planning and execution of aircrew test and training operations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 10+ years in technical program management, and the ability to secure a government clearance including TS/SCI/SAP. Travel to field locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field, or equivalent experience totaling 10 years in demanding programs.
• Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and systems engineering processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead medium projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist NTTR/DO operations with planning, direction and execution of aircrew tests.
• Lead small to medium projects of moderate complexity.
• Develop, review, approve project documentation and budgets.
• Manage project risk and re-plan as needed.
• Recruit and hire appropriate technical personnel as required.
• Maintain compliance with Air Force manuals and ACC/Nellis references.
