Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense technology leader, seeks a Flight Test Engineer to lead test planning, execution, and reporting for software and hardware systems. You will work with pilots, engineers, and operations to ensure safe, effective testing of the Altius platform and related hardware.

You will coordinate test events at various sites, manage test assets, and generate evaluation plans and mitigations. A degree in a technical field and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Ability to quickly understand concepts and solve complex problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration.
• Methodical, detail oriented with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and report flight tests for system evaluation.
• Coordinate test events, asset management, and maintenance planning.
• Generate test plans, briefings, and test cards for diverse teams.
• Interface with hardware/ software engineers daily and track metrics.
