Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace or systems engineering required.
• 4+ years of professional flight test experience.
• Experience with flight test and Safety Management Systems.
• FAA certification plan experience preferred.

• Develop Go/NoGo parameters and post-flight data analysis.
• Support flight squawks creation and documentation.
• Plan, organize, and lead data collection ground tests.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Collaborate with GNC and Flight Test teams on campaigns.
• Run flight test planning, readiness reviews, briefs, and post-flight analysis using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Complete all required documentation per company procedures.
• Analyze flight test data to identify trends and instrument calibration issues.
