Job summary

RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a senior systems integration professional to support flight test events, data analysis, and platform tests. This role requires active DoD Secret clearance and extensive experience with military hardware, RF/EO integration, and test systems design.

Responsibilities include integration, data collection, fault tracing, and creating documentation for TRR/CTS/TDR while coordinating with CAM, IPT, TA and CE teams. On-site work in Tucson with potential relocation support.

Qualifications

• Experience with hardware systems integration on shipboard platforms.
• Experience supporting field tests and systems deployed in the field.
• Telemetry analysis experience and ability to interpret test data.
• Experience with RF spectral and temporal effects and sensor integration.
• Ability to present technical data to stakeholders in design reviews and technical interchange meetings.
• Technical leadership with capture/pursuit experience and white papers/ RFI responses.
• RF/EO sensor integration with high-level signal processing knowledge.
• Test systems design across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Familiarity with RF/EO missile system host platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform integration, verification, and testing to ensure the system meets design, specs and requirements.
• Collect data, review elements, and provide detailed reports of results.
• Trace and correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems; conduct failure analysis and corrective actions.
• Create/modify documentation for reviews such as Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR).
• Support field testing on land and shipboard platforms.
• Collaborate with CAM, IPT, TA, CE; attend weekly status meetings.
