Qualifications

• 10+ years in aerospace/defense or UAS industries.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects.
• Experience managing air vehicle development from concept through testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, integration, and completion of projects handed off from leadership.
• Direct cross-functional teams across power, propulsion, avionics, embedded software, and aircraft performance.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, and risk assessments to ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
• Interface with systems engineers, program managers, and test teams to align deliverables with goals.
• Provide technical leadership to resolve design, integration, and manufacturing challenges.
