You will manage scope, cost, and schedule for Flight Recorders development projects, ensuring targets are met while supporting a product line approach. Hybrid work model with in-office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of engineering or PM experience. U.S. citizenship is required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical field from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 10 years of engineering experience (Including project management or Program Management).
• This position requires U.S. citizenship status.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated schedules with cost and staffing demand.
• Lead Engineering content for gate reviews (Tollgates).
• Monitor and report project performance, including key metrics and variances.
• Develop and execute risk management plans.
• Demonstrate leadership in communicating business goals, programs, and processes.
