Job summary

Breeze Aviation Group, Inc. is seeking a detail‑driven Operations Support professional to monitor flight statuses and coordinate recovery actions.

You will document updates in internal systems, send timely notifications, and work with multiple teams to resolve disruptions while upholding Breeze values of safety and integrity. The role requires strong written and verbal communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to respond to irregular operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years in written communication.
• One year in airline operations.
• Strong written and verbal communications.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Authorized to work in the US; 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Actively monitor Breeze flights and identify disruptions.
• Document flight status updates in internal systems.
• Send proactive flight-level notifications promptly.
• Collaborate across teams to provide recovery solutions.
• Monitor high-need flights and coordinate follow‑through.
• Audit and update communication templates for regulatory updates.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
• Mentor others as skillset expands.
