Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with C or C++.
• Experience in safety-critical software verification for DO-178C or similar standards.
• Familiarity with requirements-based testing in unit test and Hardware-In-The-Loop environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or equivalent experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Flight Software Verification Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will focus on ensuring the safety, compliance, and reliability of flight software used in advanced aircraft systems. You will help shape verification strategy, build effective test tools, and support certification efforts across a highly collaborative engineering environment. The position offers exposure to flight hardware and the opportunity to influence critical autonomy capabilities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $120,000 – $145,000 annually
