Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 7+ years in aerospace software quality/test with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Proven testing of embedded, real-time, or flight software.
• Strong V&V methodologies and test automation knowledge.
• Experience with JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead software quality assurance and test strategy across flight software, ground systems and simulations.
• Conduct performance reviews and guide career development for team members.
• Establish and enforce software quality processes aligned with aerospace standards (CMMI).
• Oversee requirements traceability, verification and validation activities.
• Mentor test engineers in developing test plans, procedures and automated frameworks.
• Foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the org.
• Participate in bi-weekly agile sprint planning and allocate test resources.
