Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, electrical/computer engineering, aeronautics or related field with extensive experience.
• 5+ years in spaceflight or safety-critical industries and 5+ years in embedded software engineering.
• Proficient in Jama or a similar requirements management tool; strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineers within the Lunar Permanence team to ensure safe, flight-critical software.
• Collaborate with software and hardware subsystem leads to guide technical decisions.
• Mentor developers, report to the Flight Software Integrated Product Lead, and manage stakeholder expectations.
