The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in embedded systems and proven leadership skills. Passion for innovation and safety is essential. This role is based in the Greater Seattle Area, and candidates must be U.S. citizens or residents.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or 8 years with a master's degree.
• 5+ years of experience working in safety-critical industries.
• Experience with C, C++, or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Manage software engineers within Lunar Permanence for mission success.
• Engage with stakeholders and ensure safety-critical software performance.
• Coach and mentor developers in software engineering decisions.
