Job summary

Anduril is seeking a Flight Software (FSW) Engineer focused on Platform - HITL Infrastructure to design and implement robust testbeds and integration tools. You will build a scalable test framework across SITL and HITL, enable OPSEC-friendly shared hardware access, and support multiple programs including aircraft, boats, and space systems.

A passion for flight and defense tech is essential. Required: degree in engineering/CS, strong Python, C/C++, HITL/SITL experience, and the ability to obtain

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering/CS/Math/Physics/chemistry or related technical discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with Python.
• Familiarity with C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with HITL or SITL simulation operations, including test setup, execution, and debugging.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust integration test framework across SITL and HITL environments.
• Create scalable infrastructure for configuring and managing testbeds.
• Enable shared hardware resources across OPSEC isolation boundaries.
• Proliferate HITL/test infrastructure across multiple programs (aircraft, boats, space systems).
