Job summary

CAE USA Inc. seeks an electronic technician to support F-16 flight simulators at Holloman AFB. You will calibrate, repair, and maintain complex simulator systems, following engineering drawings and procedures.

The role requires eligibility for DoD clearance, a current CompTIA Security+ certification, and U.S. citizenship due to government contracting. Candidates should be prepared for a shop-floor environment and field support duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in electronics or 4 years of military electronics maintenance experience.
• Must be eligible for DoD security clearance and able to obtain program access for Holloman AFB site.
• Must possess current CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, install, maintain, repair, and test flight simulators and support equipment.
• Perform readiness checks and document preventative maintenance on simulator equipment.
• Work from engineering drawings and follow instructions to support ATD systems.
• Perform Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) tasks.
• Assist with installation and check-out of simulator modifications and field site activities.
