Job summary

CAE USA Inc. is seeking a qualified electronics technician to support the maintenance and repair of F16 flight simulators at Nellis AFB. The role requires hands-on calibration, installation, and troubleshooting of complex simulation equipment on a government contract.

Applicants must be U.S. citizens, with a TOP SECRET (or in-scope/continuous evaluation) clearance and 2–5 years of relevant experience in electronics maintenance or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in electronics or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate, install, maintain, repair, and test flight simulators, and other support equipment.
• Install changes and updates to simulators and support equipment as required.
• Perform required readiness checks on flight simulation equipment and instruments.
• Conduct and document preventative maintenance checks required for simulator and support equipment.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document malfunctions of simulators and support equipment.
• Remove and replace faulty equipment and complete maintenance data collection records.
• Assist with installation and check-out of simulator and support equipment modifications.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in electronics preferred
