Candidates should have a High School Diploma and some office experience, with strong English, basic math, and organizational skills. This position offers full-time hours and benefits, located in a standard office setting.

Qualifications

• Requires basic math skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls and coordinates with staff to keep outbound trolleys on schedule.
• Monitors flight times and arranges driver meetups for unloading/loading.
• Provides timely information to transportation supervisors.
• Coordinates with Meal Planners on irregularities and changes.
