Job summary

dnata catering is seeking a Cold Kitchen Assembly team member to meticulously prepare and assemble cold food items for airline passengers. You will follow standardized recipes, portion items, and maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in a cold 35-40°F environment.

Responsibilities include reading charts, portioning salads and desserts, labeling and storing ingredients, and coordinating with the culinary team to ensure timely production and delivery of meals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in food preparation.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
• Must meet state/local food handler certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP/GMP personal hygiene standards and sanitation policies.
• Read charts and work orders to assemble or package items into trays.
• Portion and garnish foods while inspecting for contamination.
• Return unused items to storage and rotate stock appropriately.
• Stock and assemble cold items for meal trays and transport.
