Job summary

dnata Catering USA in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Cold Kitchen Assembly team member to meticulously prepare and assemble a variety of cold food items for airline passengers in a fast-paced, cold environment.

You will follow standardized recipes, portion guidelines, ensure HACCP compliance, label and store ingredients, and collaborate with the culinary team to meet production schedules.

This full-time role offers a comprehensive benefits package and daily complimentary meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least one year of experience in food preparation.
• Must meet state food handler certification requirements as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to HACCP/GMP and sanitation policies.
• Read charts and work orders to assemble trays or containers.
• Portion and garnish foods and inspect for contamination.
• Return unused items to storage or dispose following procedures.
• Prepare salads, desserts, rolls and other cold items from refrigeration.
• Load meal trays into airline carts for transport.
• Work in a cold environment (35–40°F).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
