Job summary

dnata is seeking a Cold Kitchen Assembly team member to prepare and assemble a variety of cold foods for airline passengers. You will follow standardized recipes, portion items, and ensure proper storage and labeling while maintaining strict food safety standards.

You will work with the culinary team to meet menu requirements, manage inventory, and identify process improvements. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to operate in a cold environment (35-40 degrees F).

Qualifications

• Minimum high school education or GED is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in food preparation.
• Must meet state and local food handler certification requirements for the work location.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to unit entry procedures, attire, hygiene, and security requirements.
• Read and interpret charts and work orders to determine items and quantities.
• Follow HACCP/GMP and dnata sanitation and food safety policies.
