Job summary

dnata Catering USA is seeking a Prep Cook to join our Inflight catering team. You will assist in preparing and organizing ingredients, following recipes and portion guidelines to ensure high-quality meals for airline clients.

The role requires strict adherence to food safety standards, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory, rotation, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility for different shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred with 3+ years in a high-volume food service; valid food handler's certificate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Cut and portion different types of meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables according to specifications.
• Read and follow recipes and ensure correct proportions.
• Comply with HACCP/GMP and dnata catering sanitation and food handling policies.
