Job summary

Air Methods Clinical in Roswell, NM, is seeking a seasoned Flight Paramedic to join its critical transport team on a 24-hour shift basis. You will deliver high-level pre-hospital care and coordinate patient transport under CBS Medical Director guidelines.

This role requires a minimum of 36 months experience in busy 911 or flight settings within the last five years, plus ongoing education, certifications, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years related experience or training, or equivalent combo.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ recent experience in a busy 911 system.
• Previous critical care transport and flight experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support including assessment, triage, and treatment.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation and licensure/certifications.
• Attend six educational programs per year related to practice.
• Maintain equipment and supplies onboard aircraft; report issues and ensure rapid response.
