Job summary

Air Methods is seeking a Flight Paramedic to deliver life-saving medical transport from Crete, NE, on 24-hour shift rotations. You will provide high-level pre-hospital care during critical transports, with a strong emphasis on assessment, triage, and documentation.

Qualified candidates have at least 36 months of 911 transport or flight experience within the last five years and must adhere to Air Methods CBS Medical Director standards. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 36 months of experience in busy 911 transport or flight setting.
• Experience within the last 5 years.
• Must work a 24-hour shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital ALS including assessment, triage, and treatment.
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation.
• Follow Air Methods CBS Medical Director standards.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefings.
• Ensure safety of self, crew, patient, and equipment.
