Zusammenfassung

Med-Trans is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join our air medical team. You will transport patients to medical facilities and participate in scene calls, while upholding high safety standards and professional care.

The role requires a Paramedic license with 3+ years of 911/critical care experience, EMT-P in assigned states, and FP-C certification within 24 months of hire, with potential instructor certs. Crew housing is provided during shifts.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a 911 or critical care setting as a licensed Paramedic.
• Current EMT-P license/certification in the states served by the assigned area required.
• Flight Paramedic certification (FP-C) preferred within 24 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight on time.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotic count.
• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support from initial contact to hand-off.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, continuing education, safety, and procedures documentation.
• Ensure safe operation and maintenance of equipment and supplies used by the program.
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and debriefings and complete required documentation.
• Assist with pre-mission liftoff checklists and pilot support as needed.
