Global Medical Response is hiring a Flight Paramedic to join our air transport team. You will transport patients to and from facilities and participate in scene calls while upholding high safety and care standards.

The role requires a Paramedic license with at least three years of 911/critical care experience, EMT-P, BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP, and FP-C within 24 months. In-flight care, documentation, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a 911 or critical care setting as a licensed Paramedic.
• Current EMT-P license/certification in states served.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, trauma certifications required prior to flight status.
• Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months of hire.

Aufgaben

• Complete and submit electronic patient care records for each dispatched flight within the required time.
• Perform daily base checks, including narcotics counts.
• Provide pre-hospital and in-flight ALS care from first contact to handover to facility.
• Maintain competency through ongoing labs and clinical experiences.
• Keep licensure, certifications, CE, safety documentation updated in Education Manual.
• Operate and maintain emergency equipment and supplies.
• Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, EMS partners, hospitals, and public.
• Serve as a medical flight team member and participate in briefings and debriefings.
