Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) seeks a full-time Flight Paramedic to join a premier air ambulance provider in Eloy, AZ. You will deliver in-flight and pre-hospital care, support flight teams, and maintain essential equipment with ongoing training.

The role requires active Paramedic Certification, 3+ years field experience, and certifications such as BLS/ACLS/PALS. FP-C within 24 months is expected; a Bachelor's degree is preferred and physical requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Paramedic certification valid in the state of employment.
• Minimum of 3 years paramedic field experience in a busy 911/pre-hospital service (5 years preferred).
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP and instructor certifications preferred).
• FP-C certification within 24 months of hire.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including verbal clarity.
• Basic computer skills for electronic charting, email, and reporting.
• Ability to pass pre-placement physical exam, functional capacity exam, drug screen, and background check.
• Must maintain body weight below 235 lbs per flight policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical pre-hospital and in-flight medical care per protocols.
• Collaborate with flight teams, patients, and external healthcare providers.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and supplies for emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing training to elevate care standards.
• Rotation schedule based on operational needs.
