PHI Air Medical, LLC seeks a Flight Paramedic in Eloy, AZ to deliver advanced care during pre-hospital and inter-facility transports. You will work under the Medical Director's licensure, while meeting PHI standards for safety and quality care.

The role requires active paramedic certification, 3+ years of field experience, and completion of mandatory orientation. Competitive pay, shift incentives, and a continuing education allowance accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Active paramedic certification required.
• Minimum 3 years (5 preferred) field experience in busy 911/pre-hospital setting.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP and PHTLS/ITLS; NRP preferred. Instructor certs preferred.
• FP-C within 24 months of hire.
• Flight or transport experience preferred.
• Must complete PHI Air Medical orientation.
• Excellent communication with all levels of staff and customers.
• Must pass pre-placement physical exam and background check.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must maintain weight below 235 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Provide safe, comprehensive care to critically ill/injured patients in pre-hospital and inter-facility transport.
• Document accurate information for assessment, treatment, and billing.
• Maintain communication with management and internal/external customers.
• Support PR and marketing activities.
• Maintain knowledge through meetings, reviews, labs, and continuing education.
