Pafford Medical Services in Hope, AR is seeking a Flight Paramedic (Full Time) to provide autonomous, evidence-based critical care transport across lifespans by rotor-wing, fixed-wing as needed, and ground transport. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to assess, stabilize, treat, monitor, and transport patients within scope of care and medical direction.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted paramedic license in each state required for assignment and patient transport.
• At least three years and 4,000 hours of recent ALS experience with critical care transport or high-acuity EMS.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS credentials.
• Current PALS or PEPP credential for pediatric care.
• FP-C or CCP-C certification must be obtained within two years.

Responsabilités

• Review transport requests, receive handoff, assess patient, plan care.
• Stabilize and safely transport adult, pediatric, neonatal, obstetric, medical and trauma patients.
• Monitor patient, recognize deterioration, and initiate interventions or medical control contact.
• Manage airways, ventilation, hemodynamics, meds, and other critical care therapies.
• Maintain clear handoffs and communicate with patients, families, and teams.
