Pafford Medical Services seeks a Flight Nurse (Full Time) to join the Hope, AR Air Med team. You will provide autonomous, evidence-based critical care during patient transport by rotor-wing and ground ambulance, performing assessments, interventions, and clear handoffs to receiving teams.

Qualified candidates hold an active RN license, BLS/ACLS, and pediatric or obstetric credentials as required, with extensive critical-care experience and the ability to work closely with pilots, EMS, and

Qualifications

• RN license with active status in AR (and ability to obtain additional state licensure as required).
• ACLS and BLS credentials; pediatric certifications such as PALS/APLS or ENPC as applicable.
• NRP required for high-risk obstetric or neonatal patients where assigned.
• CFRN or CTRN must be obtained and maintained within two years of employment.

Responsabilités

• Provide autonomous, evidence-based care for critically ill or injured patients prior to and during transport.
• Stabilize and transport adult, pediatric, neonatal, obstetric, medical, and trauma patients by air or ground transport.
• Maintain continuous monitoring, hemodynamic management, ventilation, and pharmacologic support as part of a transport team.

RN license (AR)

ACLS/BLS/PALS/APLS/ENPC credentials

NRP credential (OB/neonatal)
