Pafford Medical Services in Hope, Arkansas is seeking a Flight Paramedic (Part Time) to join the AIR MED division.

You will assess, stabilize, and transport critically ill or injured patients via rotor-wing, fixed-wing when assigned, and ground transports, following program guidelines and medical direction. This role requires independent decision-making, attention to safety, and excellent teamwork with pilots and receiving facilities.

Qualifications

• Current paramedic license or certification for assignment and transport.
• BLS and ACLS credentials.
• PALS or PEPP credential for pediatric scope.
• NRP credential when assigned to obstetric/neonatal cases.
• ITLS or PHTLS trauma education.
• Pre-employment screening and competency validation.

Responsibilities

• Assess, stabilize, and transport patients across life span.
• Provide autonomous, evidence-based care in flight/ground transport.
• Maintain communication with pilots, EMS, and receiving facilities.
• Complete accurate patient care records and required reports.

Education

Current paramedic license or certification (state required)

BLS & ACLS credentials (American Heart Association)

PALS or PEPP credential

NRP credential for obstetric/neonatal scope

ITLS or PHTLS or equivalent trauma education

Pre-employment screening and competency validation
