Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience, preferably in customer service.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Computer literate and able to use standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication across channels and distribute operational information to affected departments.
• Ensure production processes, quality standards and deadlines are met for high-end DO & CO products delivered to aircraft crews.
• Confirm meals and number of meals for each flight are ready, packed, and correctly assigned.
