Job summary

Flexjet is seeking an experienced Flight Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day crewing and fleet support. The role reports to the Chief Pilot and requires residence in Cleveland, OH.

You will engage with the Operational Control Center, assist Owners Services and Sales as a technical resource, and contribute to SOP development and crew adherence to procedures. Strong FAR knowledge and an ATP rating are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or aviation preferred; 2–4 years in aviation environment.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in aviation.
• Strong understanding of FAR parts 91, 121, or 135.
• ATP-rated pilot; proficiency with standard operating procedures and flight ops software.

Flexjet currently operates over 270 aircraft with over 1,600 pilots located in 150 domiciles traveling both domestically and internationally! This position will be responsible for assisting with the daily management and support of the Company's crewmembers, its fleet, and the operation.
