Qualifications

• 1+ year scheduling/dispatching experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel) preferred.
• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling assets according to the allocation plan and maintain up-to-date scheduling tools and systems.
• Dispatching: oversee day-to-day execution of the training schedule, coordinate aircraft maintenance, ensure airworthiness, and report issues impacting schedule or resources.
• Other duties include providing excellent customer service, passing a five-year felony background check, and performing any other duties assigned.
