Job summary

AeroGuard Flight Training Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an Operations Planner to maximize resource utilization and ensure all scheduled missions are completed or recovered in case of cancellations. This is an onsite role at KDVT and supports multiple campuses.

The role involves coordinating with Maintenance, Scheduling, and Operations to monitor aircraft status, optimize the schedule, and recover or add missions as needed. A High School Diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the daily flight schedule runs according to plan resulting in efficient service, optimum use of aircraft, flight simulators, and other company resources to meet student graduation deadlines.
• Coordinates with the Maintenance, Scheduling, and Operations departments to determine aircraft status and issues as they occur.
• Actively monitors the daily schedule looking for ways to make additional missions.
• Finds ways to add missions in place of cancellations.
• This position will support multiple campuses.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Operations.
