Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Flight Operations Officer to join a fully remote team. You will coordinate schedules, monitor progress, prepare flight plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with pilots, ATC, and ground crews.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years in flight operations, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong decision-making in time-sensitive situations.

• 3+ years in flight operations, dispatch, or related aviation role.
• Knowledge of flight planning, meteorology, air traffic control, and aviation regulations.
• Proficiency with flight dispatch software and systems.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with aircraft performance and weight & balance calculations.
• Willingness to work nights/weekends as needed.
• Fluency in English.

Our client, a rapidly expanding aviation services provider, is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Operations Officer to join their remote team. This position is crucial for coordinating and managing flight schedules, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with aviation regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to make quick decisions under pressure, and a comprehensive understanding of flight planning and dispatch procedures. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proficiency in flight dispatch software and systems.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities, particularly in time-sensitive situations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with aircraft performance and weight and balance calculations.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as operational needs dictate.
• Fluency in English is required.
