Job summary

gategroup is seeking an administrative support professional to serve as the primary contact for our major client’s operations. The role involves data analysis, driver coordination, and quality assurance for meals and coolers, with periodic rotation between day and night shifts in a warehouse setting.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, 2+ years of office or warehouse experience, and 1+ year of leadership. A driver’s license is required to perform ramp-related duties and independent decisions.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in general office or warehouse work.
• 1 year directing others.
• 1–2 years shipping/receiving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data from custom computer screens and prepare driver run sheets for each flight.
• Assign drivers to gates and flights.
• QA: ensure cooler/meal contents meet customer specs.
• Monitor drivers' kitchen departure times and flight changes.
• Log and track flight, gate, and meal orders.
