Job summary

Metrea is seeking an Operations Administrator to ensure seamless flight activities, regulatory compliance, and accurate records. This role supports Flight Operations, Maintenance, and the PMO, enabling reliable air refueling services.

The position focuses on documentation accuracy, policy implementation, and cross-team coordination in a fast-moving defense environment. Part-time role with strong benefits and growth potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Aviation Resource Management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Certification in aviation safety or operations management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage accurate flight records and operational documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government regulations and industry standards.
• Update the system of record for current military aircrewmembers with relevant accomplishments.
• Assist in development and implementation of operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
• Assist in Flight Operations onboarding for aircrew new hires.
• Assist in pre-deployment processing for personnel deploying to OCONUS detachments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
