Job summary

Metrea is seeking a Flight Operations Pilot Liaison to ensure operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance. The role includes PIC duties for KC-135 missions and close collaboration with the Head of Flight Operations to manage administrative tasks.

The candidate must have extensive KC-135 flight experience, strong leadership, and thorough knowledge of FAA regulations and company policies. A Top Secret clearance and US citizenship are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or 10 years equivalent experience.
• Extensive KC-135 flight experience.
• Knowledgeable on FAA regulations and Metrea policies.
• Top Secret clearance eligibility and US citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise flight operations to ensure safety and compliance.
• Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for KC-135 missions.
• Plan flight routes and manage pilot rosters for operational needs.
• Maintain currency, qualifications, and currency in the tanker fleet.
• Ensure adherence to FAA regulations, SOPs, and safety notices.
• Liaise between crew and management; support Head of Flight Operations.
