Job summary

Delta Air Lines is seeking a Propel Co-op in Atlanta to support communications and engagement for the Propel Career Pathway. You will craft participant newsletters, Delta internal news articles and social media, and design graphics for multiple channels.

You will also help post content for the Propel podcast and assist with event planning and logistics. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in a related degree, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA, and be prepared for three alternating rotations in Summer

Qualifications

Currently enrolled undergraduate (sophomore or above) with minimum 30 semester hours completed.
Minimum 2.5 GPA and ability to maintain it.
Co-op duration spans 3 alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA.
Must be able to work full-time while enrolled; misalignment may delay graduation.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong writing with business acumen and curiosity; ability to design multi-media content.

Responsibilities

Assist in crafting and calendaring communications for Propel participants and candidates, including newsletters and internal articles.
Design graphic content for various media channels.
Assist with content for The Propel podcast.
Track metrics to measure progress against goals.
Support Propel events planning, implementation, and inventory management.
