Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. is seeking a Crew Technology Co-Op to support the Crew Technology team across operations, strategy, and process improvements.

You will assist with coordinating initiatives, gathering information, and delivering documentation, plans, tests, and follow-ups to move projects forward. You will analyze data, prepare reports and visuals, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive efficiency, automation, and safety in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled (sophomore or above) with at least 30 semester hours completed.
• Minimum 2.5 GPA and ability to maintain it.
• This internship provides educational and professional experience; full-time opportunity not guaranteed.
• Must work 3 alternating rotations in Atlanta, GA: Summer 2027, Spring 2028, Fall 2028.
• Strong organizational, project management and communication skills.
• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; detail-oriented and self-sufficient.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project coordination and support the delivery of Crew Technology initiatives, including documentation, planning, testing, implementation, and follow-up activities
• Help gather, organize, and clarify information needed to support technology and business initiatives across the Crew Technology team
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support problem-solving, process improvements, and execution of key deliverables
• Contribute to the development and improvement of business processes by identifying opportunities for efficiency, consistency, and automation
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support team objectives, project work, and decision-making
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, summaries, and visualizations to communicate insights and updates to stakeholders at various levels
• Support knowledge management and team documentation, including process guides, reference materials, and shared content
• Participate in meetings, capture key takeaways, and help track action items, progress, and next steps
• Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to support a range of technical and business-focused assignments
• Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures
